Litchfield Hills Audubon Society
(This Week’s Light of Service)
Each Sunday in April, in honor of Earth Day on April 22, our Light of Service has featured charitable organizations that work to protect and improve our planet’s climate and its wildlife.
For more than 100 years, Audubon has embraced the mission of protecting birds and the places they need. Your gift funds a well-integrated program of science, advocacy, education, and on-the-ground conservation. Your support lets us stand up for birds, defending the clean air, clean water, healthy habitat, and stable climate they—and we all—require. Native plants, insects and birds are critical components of the food chain for all life, including ourselves.
Join us on Sunday, June 12 for a time of watching and listening to songbirds after church behind Botelle Chapel – led by Ayreslea Denny.
When donating please indicate “Audubon” in the notes/comment area of the donation form.
