“The meteorologist explained that there is a difference between “weather” and “climate”. The weather is more like your mood, it changes frequently. The climate, however, is more like our personality, it goes a little deeper and is a little more persistent and consistent throughout our lives.  In the same way, in theological terms, joy is like climate, joy is who we are in a deep and real way. Happiness is nice, but it is not by any means permanent. It can be fleeting, whereas joy is really a deep and abiding, guiding, shaping presence for all of our living.”
